Thanks everybody for all the congratulations, I do appreciate it, I love reading everyones stories on how they picked theirs up and the photos they share, just glad I could finally show mine. Truth be told I almost didn't want to get the car just yet b/c the anticipation of getting this amazing ride and the build up leading to it where a sensational ride.

Congrats...

But man i hate that "cash for clunkers" program you americans have...there killing perfectly good cars...so sad!!!!

Why not just give the 4500 to anyone wanting to purchase a new car...and give the so called "clunkers" to people who need a car...

RIP Stealth... :-(

Well half of the cash for clunkers bill was designed to stimulate the economy, mainly the automotive industry and the other half was intended to rid the streets of innefficent gas mileage cars, hence the Stealth getting put down :( R I P indeed

And the cash for clunker program destroys another perfectly good car that could have been re-sold for dealer profit and benefited someone else. Congrats though on your new purchase.

Hey 'Rec!

Congrats on your new Camaro! -- ( I love reading posts like yours!)

We hope your new Camaro will meet or exceed all of your expectations!

A V6 story: We're in Pahrump, NV capturing video/stills of the new Camaro and Corvette --

While I've had the opportunity to drive several V6s -- the real surprise yesterday was the Silver LS we have here -- simply amazing on the track and it has ZERO options -- I think this may be the biggest 'sleeper' of the bunch!

Congrats on the new ride...I feel your pain about having to give up the car that you loved

I had to give up my beloved Firebird when the "kiddies" and car seats came along in my life...

Now that they are grown, it was time for me to get another "KICK A**" car, and the Camaro fits that description for me...AND it makes me that ROCK STAR driving the "HOT" car again...........

Miracles can and do happen more than once in a lifetime...

Quick ??? Does the car come with the ABL in the doors or was that a mod you worked up?? just curious because there is another tread in the cosmetics section where a guy is working up ABL all around the interior (dash & doors) http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35631

Love the name good ole' Cliff Jumper never got enough love As for the ABL its in the doors on the 2LT and the 2SS, that other thread is a guy modding the center dash as well since thats the way it was originally supposed to look.

That would've been awesome but I agree Summit White is sick, if it wouldnt have taken longer to get I might've gone with it as well. I still think black is what was meant for this car though, its SO damn tough in black, Im almost scared of it sometimes lol.
