Rear Diffuser Chrome Exhaust Trim Rings
Does anyone have the rear diffuser exhaust trim rings installed on their car.I have seen pictures of the full oval but not the chopped Oval and would like to see them before I ordered a set.If anyone have the chopped oval installed could you please post a picture of it here on the thread so I can get an idea of what they look like.My car is a 2010 SS/RS.

That's what I wanted to see,it convinces me, that it really needs the chrome trim that goes across the edge above the ring,what's your opinion ,wouldn't you think the trim across the top would set it of better more like a more suitable finish.Also can you tell me hoe they are attached to the panel. Can anyone tell me if there is a YouTube video installing the exhaust trim rings,I received mine today they have 3m tape on them and there was dome type of glue that came with it.Is this glue applied to the 3m tape .Any help appreciated.

It's not glue, but an adhesion promoter. You use it to clean the surface where you are going to attach the rings.

Appreciate your reply.but in the instructions it indicates rubbing alcohol to clean the valance surface.

I had those trim rings on my V6 and loved the look. I would put them on my SS also if I didn't have the GFX diffuser.
