Radar Detectors, Who's Got one?

Who out there is sporting one of these useful devices to stay out of trouble??? and what in your opinion is the best one??

There are so many choices, just depends on your price range. I use and recommend the Escort 9500ix Passport.

I also run the Escort 9500IX, but with the new Camaro I think I will be upgrading to the new Escort red line. It looks extremely impressive.

For those of you with a detector:
1. Do you prefer the dashmount or the window mount?
2. Do you leave it there or usually hide/take it with you when you leave the car?

I have a Beltronics RX65
Beltronics is hands down the best I've found, which is my opinion of course, but I've done tons of research, there is a thread I posted in months back about this.

My girlfriend used a Passport amazing machine! But IMHO they slow me down cuz they beep so much it makes slow down and hit the brakes so often, I like the use of my eyes better, haha.

YES, I have been using Escort for the last 30 years, maybe I have been lucky, but I have never gotten a ticket while usig one, gotten close though.
