I was quoted $2000 as well for the Xpel but I am going to do it, just makes sense to protect.

Absolutely one of the best 'mods' money can buy, IMO.

Xpel and I am going to get the rock/splash ZL-1 guards. That's about all we can do, right? Or just not drive the car.

just an update to offer encouragement to others.
My rail car finally reached destination on 4/27, and I picked my car up from the dealer on 4/30.
Now, here's the encouraging part....
My car was built on 4/14/14
shipped on 4/17/14
arrived destination on 4/27[was in Armourdale, KS for 5 days!]
took possession on 4/30/14.
So, from the time she was built, until I got her was only 16 days! That's amazing!
2 'bummers' were: order date to build was 37 days due to Camaro line shut down.
The other bummer was, as mentioned above, was my rail car being in one location for 5 days. But still, overall, once things started happening, it went like clock work, IMO!
I'm extremely happy with how this, my second ordered Camaro, went!
