What as MSRP $46k yea new car or have them buy it back.
Yes there is a g.m logo on the bottom corner of windshield, so I guess maybe not on the window being replaced but there are some unusual marks around the windshield that made me think that

Yea he more I think about it I would tell them to get you another one just more and more issues down the road. I remember your 2010 it's not worth the trouble you will be paying for a car that will be in the shop more than you will drive it. Problem is once they re-paint the car it will be on a Carfax and if you go to trade it in a different car you will take the hit.

When I bought my 13 1le there was a scratch in the rear bumper and the diffuser. Looked like someone backed into something. They obviously replaced the bumper and diffuser but I did sign a piece of paper saying they would fix that problem and they gave me free tint.

When you told them to fix some things on your new car did you have it in writing? As you stated they didn't fix everything that was listed. Which would be another problem with me.

Good luck with everything. I hope the dealership works with you and you get what you want.

I don't think the jambs, under-hood, etc are done very well on these cars anyway. Are you sure all those areas have been resprayed? Pics when you get a chance!

A good body shop should be able to tell you. They can also measure paint thickness.

Edit: I see the pics. These cars have a lot of orange peel from the factory, so that might not be the giveaway that the car has been in an accident.

It looks like there's a white-ish substance that's been slung all over, however, and like maybe the paint has already been buffed once?

Perhaps the child was operating heavy machinery, a flame- thrower, heavy artillery, or all of the above... or, perhaps the child just took it for a spin with the fellas from the service department.

All that overspray...on black too! I would still PM a GM customer service Rep so they could at least be in the loop. That paint job looks very unprofessional.
