Lower bumper removal?

Does anyone know if the whole front bumper needs to come off to replace the lower section? Part # 22894223

It shows it's held on by 12 bolts? Could it be that easy?

Thanks!

Yes, it does have to come off. I had to replace my splitter last year. It's pretty easy but you do need to remove the front end. If you need some help let me know.

Same here. I had to have my splitter replaced and it turned out that the splitter and the lower grill are all one piece, and it required they remove the whole front to change it.
Not hard to do, just big and clumsy to handle.

Takes about 15 minutes to remove the bumper I suggest removing the front tires it makes it soo much easier.

Just curious, how much does the front splitter assembly cost? In case I destroy it or something...
