Camber Kit or Nah?
I am looking to drop my 10 SS Camaro about 1.5-2 inches with megan racing coilovers. I dont want my tires to wear unevenly.
1. Do I need a Camber Kit ? 2. Do I need a Full camber kit ? 3. Or do I need rears only ? thanks |

These cars have quite a bit of factory adjustment I would put the coil overs on and see how close you can align it

There is more than enough adjustment in the front.
The rear adjustment is limited to 1 degree by the factory eccentric bolts. At this time there is no rear camber alignment kit available. You'll be able to get an acceptable rear camber adjustment in terms of the factory spec with a 1.25" drop. Past 1.25 you are screwing up the rear suspension travel anyway. Just because you can drop it 2", doesn't mean you should. |
