Hey guys, everything going fine with my vette. I plan on getting the oil changed at Viva next Nov 1st, using this coupon from Viva. My vette will be 1 year old then. Owners manual says to change the oil at least once a year. Owners manual for Camaros says the same thing. Uses the same oil as Camaros. 5w30 full synthetic Dexos 1 oil.

Viva offers a complete detail for $90, but I just need my engine cleaned, so maybe they'll do it for $50. He's getting a 2014 GT mustang. My vette is doing fine. Has 700 miles on it. It has some water spots on it, and I'm going to try to get them out with some polish, next time I wash the car. Does white vinegar take out water spots? I need to research this some. Okay, I just saw this posted on another post. I'll try this out. Who would be interested in a meet this Saturday? I'm thinking about meeting at our usual spot on Transmountain at around noon. Leave and drive to the East side around town and eat at a restaurant on restaurant row near Tinsletown. If anyone's interested in this please comment, so we can have a good idea about who will be attending. Thanks.

Well reading a motor trend article it looks like the new 6th generation camaro ss will have the rear-drive Alpha platform and will propably be getting the new LT-1 6.2 motor which will deliver 455 hp for the camaro ss.
