Tuner's in Norcal?

So after taking my car to the dealer because it kept giving me issue with saying reducing power check stabili track or something like that after I punched the throttle and they said the code was from the car getting more air than can handle and then shut it down. I have a rotofab intake and a VMAX ported throttle body, and don't really want to have to take the throttle body off and go back to stock so would a TUNE fix this issue? If so does anyone have any reccomended shops that can do the ZL1 and possibly a dyno as well. Thanks in advance

I have a 10% pulley and belt i will give you. You just need to ordered a ati balancer and a crank bolt. This way you still will not need a tune, You will need torco, but not a tune.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm looking at getting rid of my issue with my car shutting down because of my air flow problem, at least thats what I've been told is causing it. So I was hoping that a tune would fix that when the Mass air flow sensor adjustments are made.
