I don't get how the 1le would ride better than a zl1. Half the point of a zl1 is the magnetic suspension. All the car mags pick the zl1 over the much faster gt500 for specifically this reason.

That said, glad you are pleased, I would've done the same thing.

Do some research, the 1le suspension is way stiffer than the zl1 even in mode 5. The square tire setup also helps handling over the zl1 staggered set. Having had both that is what i feel. The 1le actually out corners the zl1 but the zl1 has the straight away power. By the way didnt say it rode better just tighter and stiffer. The zl1 is more comfy a ride as it doesnt hit bumps as hard as the 1le

Sounds like you'd better find a new body shop to bring the Z to if it ever needs repairs.

Why trade a CAI for a Rotofab intake? You just like the looks better. I would personally rather have a CAI because it should make more HP than the Rotofab.

Fit and finish is better on the rotofab and it has a bigger filter. The cai has a cheap looking rubber tube and roto has a nice hard plastic tube. Cai has the maf poking out the top almost touching the hood and everytime I jump on the gas the box on the cai is moved as it does not sit as snug or secure as any of my rotofabs. Also the cai plexi window is getting heat stress lines in it making it less appealling.

Fair enough, lol. Dealership was starling chevrolet in kissimmee, body shop was coggin body shop directly across street from starling. Good news is they are not reselling franken camaro from the lot, it went to auction. If you go there beware of a brand new denali in a color like red rock has bad repaint on the hood.

The truth is the sales team there sucks "BUT" their service department is the "BEST" that I've found in a long time. So don't discredit the entire brand. Seems like its one or the other wherever you go.

Starling, kissimmee

Actually there is a tread I posted where a local dealership was selling a 2014 1LE used with bald tires, scratches on the rear fender and unknown mileage "not listed"..... for ZL1 prices...
