Oil on the engine by brake booster?

Just installed my catch can today and noticed a little pool of oil by the brake booster line after removing the engine cover... Is this normal or an easy fix or what?

Just cleaned it off and it seemed kinda chunky. Not really oil like consistency. Any idea what this could have been? What is that part that sticks up right there? I pulled it off like it was a vaccum hose.

that's not pcv. PCV is that T- shaped tube you see in the picture that goes to the little plastic can that is attached to your intake, starts driver side rear, and ends passenger side front of engine.

This is the one leaking. Sorry should have been more clear.

The T is part of the clean air PVC to the engine, then the dirty oily side goes from valley pan to the snout on the blower. The valley pan tube has a restrictor in it.

Exhaust tail pipe flow control vacuum check valve and hose, connected at the manifold port.

If something leaks, it is for 1 of 2 reasons. Not sealed properly, or too much pressure in the motor, causing a blow out problem.

From what I can see it monitors excessive pressure in exhaust and opens the dump port, it looks at throttle response through the manifold port to assist and determine. Their are several vacuum ports in line that can clog. Is it an oil? If so could be blow by leaking through that port in TB.
