If you have to transport somebody in a wheelchair, and there is no place to park except handicap spots, you will be ticketed for using one. Illegal.

When perfectly healthy young people are using the stalls who do have the right permits, they are legal. I've seen handicap stickers on Vettes. Trust me, nobody can be really mobility challenged and climb in and out of a C5. It's hard for many healthy people.

In fact, I've seldom seen somebody who has a mobility problem in a handicap stall.

They are the same thing.

You feel you are entitled to be a jerk to your neighbors as far as parking goes. Most likely, other aspects of your life.

You are the one who parks at the gas pumps when they are busy and goes inside to get food.

You use the diesel pumps when gas pumps are open.

You use the exit lane on the freeway for passing when there is congestion.

You pull into the intersection when it's gridlocked.

You go 5 mph under the speedlimit in the fast lane so you can talk on your phone uninterrupted.

You tailgate.

Etc.

If it is an apartment complex (that's what it looks like), it's common for all the spots to be filled. Most areas allow zoning for 1 or 1.5 cars per unit on apartments. Much tighter than commercial buildings or new residential.

He might have been no different the Camaro. He parked how he wanted, regardless of others.

I know how that can be and we don't know the whole situation... but this looks like the rav4 did it on purpose just so he can take a pic of the incident and get internet points

Usually apartment complex parking lots are full by night, a lot of spaces during the day (in my experience).

1. Taking up 2 spots is a total d*ck move, no matter where you are in the lot. You deserve whatever happens to your car if you do it.

2. If you key a car, you are also a d*ck. If you are that pissed off, wait for the guy and confront him like a man. Keying cars is for girls.

You're pretty stupid if you think the Rav-4 did this to park closer. He did it to annoy the douche bag taking up two spots. Don't care what you drive, you get one spot. The Rav-4 did NOTHING to damage another vehicle, obstruct another car from taking one space, or create a hazardous situation. All he did was stop the guy from getting into his driver side, which is awesome and well deserved.
