Should have my toy back on the road this weekend
I made some adjustments Pinion Pre-load on the new bearings, I set to 23 inch LB
Since this is a 2 cut gear I dropped the backlash down to .0045, seems tight but the 2 cut gears call for .003 to .006 and with a manual trans the middle sounded better to me. I will feel better knowing this is now a clutch less posi since it incorporates a Tru-Trac now and I hate the damn posi additive which is no longer needed.

Nice, Jon. Let us know how you like it. I'm debating getting a tru-trac down the road.

Well my wife took a Well deserved day off of Work Today so I took her up to Sharky's on the pier in Venice Today For Some Drinks, Lunch & to go Swimming in the Beautiful water in Venice! Had a great day

We do know that Hooters will not be hosting their annual Christmas in July event either in Fort Myers or Naples; so no bikini contests this year

But there is something fun in the works...patience grasshopper

Back together and has a whole 36 miles on the Diff rebuild, I don't want to do that again, I am getting to old for that shit !!

I must say I do like the Tru-Track it is allot smoother on corners.

Now for the long 500 miles to break in the new bearings.
