I ran a supercharged 350z with my '06 supercharged vette and his 1/4 mile times were like 12.8xxx I was running 11.74 on street tires and a 2.56 rear gear (A6 car).
I am seriously doubting he will even show. At this point I'm not even worried about walking him..w/o boost I highly doubt it'll be fair. And I'm no pro at drag racing but I'm pretty dialed in with my car at the track at this point. I just want him to run me out of fun. It'll be interesting to hear his excuses for not coming close. I have yet to see a 350/370/G35/G37 running anywhere near 12's at Bradenton this year.

I ran one when my Mustang was bone stock and had my wife in the car, beat him by bus lengths. The definition of quick has changed significantly since they came out.

I'm not sure why a 350/370 owner would even be at the strip. Those cars are pretty quick in a straight line, but they are really road course cars that are incredibly fun to drive on the twisties and are more comparable to a Porsche Cayman or BMW Z-Coupe in purpose and driving experience.

A full bolt on plus tune 370z will click off high 12's.

A full bolt on plus tune 350z may or may not even break into the 12's.

Same set up g35/g37 can't even make it into the 12's. I think there is one guy on myg37 who has every off the shelf bolt on and gears and still having difficulty breaking into the 12's.

Like everyone said, if boosted then thats a different story.

If you want to see something pretty sweet, youtube "Kel's 350z". That is the only N/A z car i have ever seen to break 400 rwhp. In that case you would have no chance haha. But the engine work on that car is worth more than a camaro lol. Pretty cool videos though.

Believe it or not..there are a few 350z's and G35 coupes rolling around Tampa over 450rwhp. Vortex Motorsports does most of them here. Couple weeks ago on the tv show All Girls Garage they did a black G35 coupe that was 470something at the wheels boosted with not too many bolt ons. I've been looking for that little car around town but havent seen him since the show came out.

To the guy with the black G35 coupe with ugly chrome rims and lime green painted calipers....if you are reading this MEET ME IN BRADENTON TO SEE WHAT THAT CAR CAN DO!

Ricers stay talking all the time in front of people and then when its time to put up they are no where to be seen. This guy at work said he had a new Genesis 2.0T with an upgraded turbo and other crap and said he would walk me. Talked a whole bunch of crap and when I brought my SS to work ( I dont daily it), he claimed he just traded the Genesis -_-
Yup! Definitely a ricer or he's got some kind of F/I.

Just wana say that most of you guys called it. Saw the guy in his 350Z last weekend at a friends house. Parked behind him so I would have to move my car for him to leave. When we went out so I could move the car I asked him if he wanted to give it a run and he made up some excuse not to.....whomp whomp

The 350Z is really slow. Just under-powered and not enough engine to easily tune for big HP. Stay away from the 300ZX Twin Turbo though. Mine has 517 RWHP, but everything is modded. I have seen over 1000HP on those. Seen them run 9's w/o NOS.

Anyway. No way that 350Z will hang with your Camaro. No chance. Not unless it has a Vortech V-3 SCi supercharger kit and you can hear that whine from a block away.
