Anyone want to go see new transformers? Was thinking we could the day before we go to Clarksville. I can't watch the 3D version though.

That has been proposed before on the Facebook page. There is interest BUT seeing as we are leaving at 515am the next morning many are hesitant.

All of that are going to the Big Ugly car show in Clarksville the 28th. The Nashville group will be meeting up with the Memphis group at 8:30 am at Old Hickory blvd. on I-24 West . Then head to Clarksville from there.We want to be able to roll when the Memphis group gets there so be there before 8:30.
The Memphis group has 9 Camaro's and one Vette coming so lets show big!!! "

Thats a good question! We should all be able to make it there in time to park and start cleaning the bugs off the cars for the show.

Bar and I will enter just for the heck of it.

Also, David Riser has started a thread about the upcoming Petite leMans race in Oct. We went last year and it was worth every penny, every minute and every mile travelled. The members of the Atlanta club were great hosts and the event was a blast! We are planning to go to this event and maybe we can get a cruise together.

Camaro Corral @ Petit Le Mans October 1-4
I have initiated contact with Road Atlanta regarding a Camaro Corral at the Petit Le Mans race in October. There is an opportunity for us to have one, but we are going to need a minimum of 50 cars.

I know it is a long way off, but I need those interested to post so I can get an idea if we will even be close. Don't want to waste time if there is not enough interest to make it work.

This is a much larger event than the Grand Am race last year, so the minimum number is higher.

I am working on parade laps, hot laps, meet & greets, etc just like last time.

Road Atlanta is sending me prices based on 50 cars this week, so I will pass that along as soon as I have it.

For those that are not familiar, Petit Le Mans is a 10 hour race (Saturday) and will be the new IMSA (Tudor racing series), which is the combined old Grand Am series and AMLS series cars. It is a huge series and a great race.

Please post if interested as soon as possible.

I think I'll enter it just for the sake of it also. I like to show off my car anyway
