The way you talk you feel like you should be able to drive as fast as you want and everyone needs to get out of your way. You need to move to Germany then if you want to drive that way.
This probably isn't the case for the most part, but sometimes people are in a hurry for a reason, rather than just wanting to go fast. just some food for thought. if you are in no hurry, then there should be no reason you can't slow down or speed up a little to pass a car, and move over. I always try to stay in the right lane, or middle lane at all times. I don't mind slowing down either, as long as i'm just slowing down to the actual speed limit, for other cars to pass, before I pass slower than them. lol

So based on your post above you are an ass because you speed.

Or is it you just can't deal with someone wanting to drive faster than you and god forbid you actually yield to them.....

No I don't need to move lol Been there done that.

I said if it was just one car, then I agree with you...

I just hate people that pass, and takes 2 miles to do so. lol

Sure there is....

It's called the mentality of most drivers. And he show's he is this type by the post below.

Again if approached at a high rate of speed by another car the SAFEST thing you can do is yield to them.

Define "well above" lol...There isn't one.

Again, the safest thing to do is yield.

What did I say? I said I move over as soon as it is safe to do so.. Also if I am going slightly faster than someone and come up on them passing traffic I match their speed until they get by and move back over. I don't feel like they have to speed up or immediately get out of my way.

Again the safest thing to do is yield. You fail to see this.

2 lanes speed limit is 65.....you are in the right lane going 70.....you actually look in rear view mirror and see a car approaching you in the left hand lane at a "high rate of speed" let's say 85mph.....you are now creeping up on a car with the cruise control set on 68mph and need to pass them.

What would you do in the above scenario?

No, the safest thing to do is not drive faster or or slower than the majority of traffic.

You can't control what the other driver does.

I was speaking what the safest thing for you, the driver to do.

So again you want to suit things to "you"....define faster, define slower, define "majority".....

You completely missed what I said in the very first statement, I said while already passing a line of traffic, not approaching.
What I would do if I was approaching and saw someone coming up, well first I don't switch to the left lane until I am ready to pass, second I always look for cars faster approaching before I move over. In that case I would wait till the faster car went by before even moving over to pass.

I did not miss it.

Again if you are paying attention and checking your rear view, you would have seen "that ass going 20 over" and you should not have gotten in the passing lane.

Really you don't know the definition of faster, slower or majority? Where did you go to school?

Not in your above quoted statement and neither do you because you can't assign a definite value to them. You only have "opinions" in your mind of what they are.
