1st 2012 Repurchased due to top issues: Second car now has a hole in top

Well I went for a cruise last night, came home and put the top up and what do I see? A hole forming on my second 2012 Camaro. Now having been through this bullshit before, GM better step up this time around and retrofit my car with a 2014 or 2015 top. I am beyond pissed off this time. Anyone in the Twin Cities area know a dealership that has experience with replacing a top correctly? Any of the GM Service Reps care to find me a competent dealership that has experience doing a correct top replacement that doesn't blame the owner for top problems? I currently have 15,000 miles on it. Only driven from May - October. Build date was 4/4/12 and picked it up 4/19/14

Joe, at Clements Chev in rochester did mine, was done in 2 days, did excellent job. They stepped up to the plate and took care of my problem.

The hole would be about 1 inch in front of the second rib about 7 inches in from the edge. If you were sitting in the passenger seat it would be right above your right shoulder. I would take another picture but you cannot see it from a distance. I followed it all the way while putting the top down and I believe it is from the flapping on the rear deck. Chevy really needs to get their collective shit together on the 11's and 12's. Frustrating that it has now happened to me a second time in less than 3 years. At least I got 15k on this car vs. the 1,500k on the other car before top problems reared their ugly head.

Oh no!

Very sorry to hear about a convertible top hole developing. Please message me privately and I'll do what I can to help get this addressed!

I looked at a '11 SS trade in today and it had that same hole, but on the left side. Just wondering if it's one of the attachment bolts for the water bag that is doing it.
