Ordered the Twin Carbon today and can't wait to get that badboy in the car!! Thomas is very helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to know an honest opinion about clutches. Doesn't seem like he's trying to sell you one, he is really trying to help and explain why Street Slayer clutches work and last. People it's a no brainer!! Buy the best the first time and quit worrying about it. Then..when it does wear out(which will be way after your buddies other clutches) you can rebuild it without having to buy a whole new expensive clutch again. And it's FULL CARBON(twin carbon). Why wouldn't you?? I was very hesitant spending that much on a dang clutch but it'll be worth it for sure and it looks like everyone else is happy with theirs! I have only talked to Thomas a couple times and not giving some advertisement mumbo jumbo to get paid for this little book I'm writing on here lol..I am just giving my opinion and helping others when they are trying to decide between 2 or 3 different great clutches out there, like I did. I've been researching and asking around for months(many events, and shows) The deciding is over! Do it right the first time people.

How's the engagement point where the clutch grabs? Close to stock? And did it get any firmer? Really looking into one of these now

Not sure, I havent had a stock clutch in forever but its way better than stock. And its firmer (which I like). Def get one if your looking at clutches, I have been through enough clutches, this is the one to go with, dont waste time and money elsewhere haha I wish I would have done this years ago

The engagement point seems to be exactly as stock, i.e., near top of pedal travel. (I think this is due to hydraulic design. I suspect it will never move regardless of clutch wear.)

Pedal is a little firmer than stock I think. No chatter, but the clutch engages VERY positively, and yet is easily slipped for normal stop light egress.

I have a 3.91 in my M6 and I get scratch power shifting into 2,3 and 4th at the drag strip. This is what I mean by positive engagement! If I shift too hard, I get wheel hop or fishtail shifting into 2 and 3.
