They're lying only 2 cars in California ? I hope you don't believe that. neither! There are like 5 dealers that have Z/28's with A/C and radio, that is not spoken for! That's the same crap a dealer told me! But he knew not to tell me A/C and Radio was the reason for 15000.

i'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic cause the MSRP is $76k and there's only one add-on (a/c and radio) and it's being sold for $91k.

You'll need the attaching structure pieces too. You cannot just get the splitter and think its going to bolt on. IIRC the splitter is a restricted item.
