wash and clay
So today I washed and clayed my car and it took way longer then I expected. 2 hours and a drenched shirt of sweat later I finished it. I decided to wait until it cools down to polish the car and wax it. How long can I wait to do the polish after claying I wanted to do it within the next 3 days.

I do not think I have ever heard about a wait time to polish after clay baring...........Some wash again and polish, no waiting.

I'm talking about if I can wait a couple days and not have to reclay, if I end up polishing on the weekend.

Couple days will be fine. Just make sure you either wash or at least do a waterless wash wipedown. Last thing you want is to polish a dusty car
