Why are you more important than the understanding that lines are there for a reason?

I hate driving mine to work, its a gravel/dirt entry and drive way and it just gets my car dusty every time =/

Plus there are big pine trees and I hate those little needles when they get all over your car... best parking spot(not near a tree) is near A DAMN DUMPSTER and those bugs/flies will leave bug shit on your car..

Yup yall got it good.. should tell my boss to stop being cheap and pave his driveway/parking lot.

As for being covered, nope my Camaro lives outside like the beast it is

Sorry C_C. I'll post a pic of my new spot at work. It's wide enough for two cars.

I would rather do hand to paw combat with a grizzly bear than see another Camaro5 parking argument.

Hey, I served my time shoveling snow. Grew up in the Utica/Syracuse, NY area. It was brutal.

Just my two cents, prior to yesterday, I took offense to these parking debates, because quite frankly I thought what was the big deal. But yesterday I went into the grocery store to grab a few things, I left my kids in the car, because I was planning to be out within 10 minutes. I was, when I returned the kids told me that someone had allowed their shopping cart to hit the car, it turns out the cart hit the right rear wheel well and dented the body panel. I am not happy about this at all and now I get it, as to why people are anal about were they park there car's.

'where' is not so important to me as 'how'.

You can park your car wherever you would like to park it (meaning close, far, next to the curb, etc), but there's certainly no reason to take up additional parking spots regardless of the situation simply because you feel your car is worth more spots that some one else's.

The OP owns both of his parking spots - He can park diagonal for all I care, he's doing it right.

Rich3fan all the way in the back of the parking lot where presumably no one ever even got close to him (including shopping carts, etc) - Fine, you probably stand out in a jealous person's mind, but at least you're parked properly in a spot.

Ragnar taking up multiple spots in a desolate parking lot - not fine. What is the reasoning; you don't want some one to hit you? Your argument was that no one was there, making it fine for you to do that, so who would have hit you exactly? If you don't park inside the lines, why should anyone that parks alongside you?

It's never fine to take up additional parking spots which will limit some one else from parking wherever they please simply because you have a big ego. It's obnoxious, inconsiderate, and, frankly, deserving of anything that may happen to the vehicle - including, but not limited to, this: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=363388

Ill say what I say in every camaro5 parking thread. Out in the back of a huge lot, where no one is parked don't care. You do that shit in a crowded lot, you are asking for trouble. you people that park in two or more spots, you do that bc you think other people are assholes, or inconsiderate of people's property....your just inviting them in by doing that

OP owns both spots, good for him, like others said he can park sideways for all I care.

I share your sorrow.

And to make things worse, I work for a PAVING company! Well, I only took this Camaro once when I took that pic, my v6 was a daily driver. I've been driving my truck to try to keep the 2SS in good shape, heh (PA roads = MEGA paint chips on this weak paint!) I also don't have a garage and my vehicles sit outside 24/7. But at least I have pavement at home, lol.
