I love that angle, it's the best one in fact. It shows the somewhat rear fins and the roof humps. Never seen a black one with orange stripes, way to stand out!

I don't like stripes much at all on black but I must say the orange ones look nice

How much did it cost you for installation in the night owl kit? Or you did it your self.

Also where'd you get your ZL1 bumper? Is that supposed to be with cowl lines fixed or not fixed... just because it looks off on one side? Maybe it's just the picture. But it looks sweet either way

Saw this online and had to share it. I love the look of it, anyone know which color shifters he's using and who makes it so you can change only one side at a time?

I did it myself took about 4 hours (removed the the wheels, liners, bumper, headlights, installed kit, cleaned up rims and liners, re-installed bumper, liners, and rims).

I ordered the bumper from Gary's Customs on the board. I had the bumper lines moved to match the factory V6/V8 hood. I had the ACS TL1 insert on my OEM hood but I just added this OEM ZL1 hood and insert 2 weeks ago so the lines are off approx 1.5" on each side.

No biggie the bumper is going to be repainted in the winter so I will have the lines moved to match the OEM ZL1 hood.

Why the repaint, rock chips? and how much extra do they charge to move the lines? Curious because I'm buying a new hood
I'm guessing that was one of those mods you weren't planning on and ended up finding a great deal.

Car was a daily driver, it's now a weekend car so she has a few rock chips. I figure $50 to move the lines back and $300-$350 to re-paint.

I had no plans to get an OEM ZL1 hood I was very happy with the stock hood and ACS TL1 insert but I came across a deal I could not pass up (once in a life time deals).
