It seems that we're all within the same range, give or take a litre or two.

The salesman told me today that the V6 direct injection was supposed to get 41mpg? That is Canadian MPG. How come everyone is not even close?

Your average speed on your car gives you a sense of whether you do more city or highway. Mines about 80% city and the other highway.
If i reset it in the city, it shows about 16.
The car is now definitly broken in. Just waiting to see if other v6 manuals are getting the same
Franks SS has 350km on it and it shows 12.9 and his carhas never seen the highway. But hi average speed was a little higher then mine.

Current Mileage: 3500KM
13.1L/100KM (City)

In Canada we use the British gallon which is 4.535 litres. The American gallon is defined as 3.786 litres. Obviously, the Canadian gallon is the larger (ratio of 1.2 as mentioned previously).

Here is a site that speaks to the Canadian gallon.

http://www.statman.info/conversions/...nsumption.html

I put in my 12.2 L/100km and choose 'miles per gallon (U.K.)' for a nice 23mpg. I have never reset my numbers (am now at 2202 km) and it's mostly city driving. I'd say that's pretty close on the window sticker.
