i once had a cop come to my house while i was washing my chevelle, he started out with small talk then got to the point. he said they were getting calls about a red 70 nova doing burnouts for the few days prior and thought it was me, heres the good part, i showed him that my car did not have a motor in it and by the spider webs under the hood, it has'nt had one in a while, as he was laughing another red nova, same year as mine drove by that i had never seen in town. after that, we became friends and when i did get it going again, i got away with more crap

There is another Ls that goes through the neighborhood. I tinted the windows and all of a sudden their windows were tinted. I took off the beauty rings and then they did. Then I noticed a black rs near my house and it seriously was bought a day after mine. The paper plates expired 1 day apart. Grrrrr... Luckily I am the only black on black camaro I've seen with yellow calipers. People have driven my car so I know exactly how it looks and I have to say those things bring attention to my minimally modded Ls! Oh and DONT DO THIS AT HOME!!!

I have lived in my apartment complex since Sept 2012... well I noticed a red camaro ss. Thought it was cool. Got my red camaro ss this may... I wonder how he feels? Kind of like this thread? Hah.

I love the it was really him at the hotel. Trying to prove to the wife it wasn't him lol.

Unfortunate. You can't keep people from taking your ideas. Unless you had a patent. But as far as it goes, I would out your friends on high alert and say when you see this car next please pull over and take pictures of it. Find out for yourself. Like someone else already mentioned "I saw your car" and then the cars don't even look the same. To the average person the same color is you, all the time lol

That would be hilarious. But my split personality would look exactly unlike me.

As for the alibi, I have a house and no spouse. No need to sneak to a hotel.

And, like I said, I don't feel any way in particular about it. I'd like to see what my car looks like when it drives by. As long as they're not running from a crime in it, I should be good. I just wanted to know what the sentiment was in the Camaro community.
