Dyno-is this right?

I just installed my SLP supercharger with 3.4" pulley. It is producing about 10 psi with this setup. My supporting mods are livernois stage II cam, CAI intake, ported throttle body, kooks long tube headers, borla ATAK and high flow cats. The dyno shows 615 rwhp/565 tq. Does this sound low or is this about right? Thanks

BTW, it's fun as hell to drive!!!

Can't get the complete story just from this. High temp and lots of humidity. Did your tuner say how much timing they were able to get into it? Is this a ZL1? This might be in the wrong section too.

It probably is the wrong section....I can never get it right. It's an SS with SLP supercharger. He said it was about 102 degrees outside so that May have contributed. Not sure on the timing though.

I would be happy with it. It's probably pulling timing for IAT's and heat soaked. Dyno it again in the winter or add a meth kit.

Seems right. The numbers are a little low but with 102 temps I would expect that.

If I get a tune in the winter, won't it run a little rich when it's hotter outside? Thanks for the advice, I'm considering getting a meth kit. Jannetty racing has one that goes in the trunk so that looks good to me.

You do not want that meth kit. Get an Alky Control kit. They have a 4 gal trunk take as well. Its not so much as the heat. The heat is pulling the timing. If you got tuned in the winter the ECM would still pull timing when it gets hot. You are on the right path with the meth. You need to control the heat.

Alky Control or nothing for meth kit. Their pump is rated for 100% meth and all braided lines. It's a little more spendy, but worth it. You will just pick power up once it gets cold.

Excellent point. The one the shop that you mentioned sells won't do 100% meth.

Another thing that most won't do is pull and inspect/rebuild their meth pump yearly. You could even buy an extra pump and just swap them out yearly and send the other pump to Julio for inspection/rebuild. Not a bad idea if you are meth dependent. The above combo wouldn't be meth dependent though.

Would a 50/50 kit be good as well? I've read about people having problems with the meth eating through the rotors of the supercharger. Not quite sure since I'm new to that. Thanks again for the advice, you guys are great.

Those are two completely different debates. Go with what your tuner is comfortable with. Is Corey tuning your car? I see the dyno sheet is from Henderson.
