No, not saying they are wrong, in MY opinion something just isn’t adding up.

Just my opinion nothing more. The rating certainly doesn’t make me re-think my purchase. Hell I drive a 1969 convertible Firebird with the top down and a lap belt is the only protection. A large part of safety is how you are driving and how much you pay attention to your surroundings.

Yep. That sucks. I just don't know why I"m reading that it got 4 stars instead of 5. All along, we were told that GM wanted a 5 star crash test rating. Well...they did everything they were going to do...even moving the darn gas cap location. And, it gets 4 stars?!?!?!

Put that darn gas filler location back...NOW!!! I'll take my 4 STARS!!!

Agree with the others... big disappointment for the Camaro no matter how you cut it.

After all the rationalization I've seen in these forums of the Camaro's porky weight vs. Mustang being on account of "extra structure for safety", this is quite the irony.

Front Impact Passenger: 4 stars
Side Impact Front Seat: 5 stars
Side Impact Rear Seat: Not tested.
Rollover: 5 stars (chance of rollover: 8%)

How come the guy just sat there like a dummy? A little fast acting and he may have avoided the accident!
