Not true sir. It is a common misconception but reaction time (RT) has absolutely nothing to do with ET.

So, the clock starts when the car leaves the starting line vs. the green light. I get it now. Makes sense that way..........
reaction timer starts when the third amber lights, and stops when the car's tire leaves the starting line

When I bought the car, the previous owner put a track racing oriented alignment on it. So, I took it to gateway and had it put back to factory road specs. Yeah, the outer edges of the tires are about gone from driving around like that. Finally got a chance to take it in. Went back in to the shop and watched the whole process. I wanted to help but I've got nice clothes on. lol didn't want to get dirty. They were worried when I pulled up at first. Then their alignment guy said " I can fix that, It's no different from a vette" lol
