No, but my husband's boss wants to trade his new Mustang GT in on a new Camaro now. His wife won't let him.

He's a wee bit miffed that we are getting a new SS.

I had a Cobra and came from the Mustang crew. They all actually like the camaro and they give me praise for it's looks and performance. I've had nothing but positive responses from people when cruising the town.

My brother has an 05 Mustang convertible and he's jealous of my ordered Camaro. No, he's not going to go out and buy one, but he agrees they are smokin'!

I ordered my Camaro on 7/31. I have decided not to tell people at work about it because I don't want to hear about it for the next 8 weeks. Just plan to show up with it.

I am 59. Mid-life crisis, hardly. I know many think I belong in a Buick. The heck with them.

This car has been and is, my dream machine since I was 18. If they don't like it , I shrug my shoulders and just pass em by onthe road of life.

I have no issues with the Mustang guys and the Challenger afficianados. To each their own. at least they appreciate the fine muscle cars we have the privilege to enjoy.

You go to a Ford Dealership and there are like a dozen Mustangs sitting there. You go to a Chevy dealership and you may be lucky if the dealer has not sold their show car yet.

Also, a little story for you. Drove to the diner with my friend who had his Mustang Shelby GT. A guy in another car pulled along side of us after we parked and asked who owned the Camaro? He said that is one sick ride. Did not even look at the Mustang, lol. So my other friend looks at me and says + 1 for the Camaro.

The Mustang is a great car, but I think the Camaro has the edge now, imo. Don't even let them bring up the GT500, because then you can bring up the Z28, which looks like will see the light of day!

I'm in the Army and some of my younger troops say" why didn't you get a Challenger and Mustang GT 500 this and Trans AM that. Some want to know why I would buy as gas hog. I just smoke them with push ups.

I purposely don't have friend's that drive mustangs. The motto "Friends don't let friends drive Fords" works for me.
