Hi all. We had a great turn out for the get together tonight! We had a great time and took care of some club business. Basically, we discussed the new club t-shirt, car decals, the website, and upcoming events.

I'm going to post what was discussed and what we came up with. If I forgot something, please post.

T-Shirts: We decided on a back design Greg has worked up, and he is putting a front design together. He'll post the mock ups soon.

Decals: Adam F. has been in contact with a decal printer and has a design that we approved. He is going to get some images and pricing for the decals in other colors and post the mock ups.

Website: The website is up and running! The site has both a mobile and a full web page switch so you can view it either way from your mobile device. Eric, Adam F., and Greg are the content editors, and any website related questions or ideas should be presented to them.

Camaro vs. Mustang night at MIR: William has done an outstanding job putting this event together for us! He posted the information about the event on the club page: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/group....ussionid=71018 It will be an evening full of fun and friendly competition, so show up and help represent Camaros!!

Lambert's Cruise: We have set the date for the Lambert's cruise (looks like an annual event) for Sep. 13th. Adam F. said Lambert's wants us back again this year. More details will come shortly. If you plan to attend, let us know soon so we can get a good head count for the restaurant. It's a fun cruise with a nice meal and good friends.

Shiloh: We discussed plans for the Shiloh trip we are coordinating with Music City Camaro Club. MCCC has a club event on OCT. 4th. We also have a club event on Oct. 11th. Please check your calendar and post the later Oct. weekend(s) you are available to attend the event, and we will get with MCCC on the dates. Please respond before this coming Sunday so we can get a date locked in. This is an event we have been trying to coordinate with MCCC for a while and if you can make it, please do. We will meet with them at Casey Jones Village in Jackson for breadkfast and cruise to the battleground. Andre has suggested Haggies Catfish Hotel as a great place to eat while we're in the Shiloh area. Fall colors??

Car Show in Hernando, MS on Oct 11: Kris helps coordinate an annual car show in Hernando with the YMCA. It is for a good cause and will be in the town square. He will send Adam F. the event details and flyers as they become available.

Another matter we discussed is voting on events. When we have a vote for events, we usually have people who are ready to commit. So, from here forward, only those people who are attending (drivers and riders) will be allowed to vote. This serves two purposes; it allows easier tallying of votes, and it keeps things fair for those who attend the event.

A Special Recognition
Adam L. commissioned the awesome art on our business cards back when the club was a few people passing each other on the streets. We use this art for our avatar, our website, the facebook page, our t shirts, and our decals. This has been a valuable contribution. Thank you for this special gift, Adam!
