Long term modification reliability

I have a 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS with about 56k miles on it and was considering sending the car to Hennessey or Lingenfelter to have an upgrade package performed. This car is my daily driver so I need it to remain reliable even after modifications. My question is since I have a good amount of mileage, is getting a supercharger going to decrease reliability compared to a car with lower mileage? Also are supercharged cars in general reliable enough to daily drive and which company would be better to have an upgrade performed by?

Reliable = stock. You're gonna have to warm up to the possibility of problems if you're gonna add power. Not saying it WILL happen, but there's a better chance when you start tearing into the car and adding power.

There are lots of shops in Texas. The 2 you mentioned are probably going to be your most expensive options. Hennessey might give you a warranty... I dunno. Call them up and get the scoop. Both of those shops you listed should do quality work.

My car is at 88,000 miles and so far its still running like a champ. Its been at a conservative 8lbs of boost putting down about 500rwhp. Taken it to drag strip 9-10 times and 1 time autocross. Only thing that I have had to replace was serpentine belt (std in any car) and and belt tensioner pulley. I recently put 2" headers so lets see how it holds up(havent got the tune but I will safely assume I will be at 540-550rwhp with headers and pulley down)

What part of TX?

upgrade package. What exactly do you want to add to your car? What are your goals from modding the car? Bolt-ons or Super Chargers, etc?
