The only real concern for the splash guards is if you're driving down any sort of loose road surface. Mud and dirt will get on the back of the car, regardless, but what you don't want (especially with the wide tires) is stones and rocks getting kicked up and bouncing off the bottom/side of the car and leaving paint chips.

the guards that go behind each wheel to protect what's behind it from water & debris. See the picture above behind the wheels...

AKA mud flaps - but those seem crude...

Thank you Donna! I knew I wanted to get them on my RJT when it arrives, and wanted to know how it would look. Your picture definately shows it looks great.

If I get my car in time, I intend on driving it down to Florida.
