How do I go about removing the wire/ green connector that connects to the door handle? It is just a steel wire and so I am not sure how to go about removing it.
Also do I need to remove the little lock thing on the top right or do I just lift the panel up?
I also had trouble with I believe the ABL wire...any tips or pics would be appreciated.

On my 2011, there is a green clip that connects the door handle cable, lift it and that part slides out. Then it's just a matter of following the groove to get the cable/ball out.

Appreciate this write up B!

A few HELPFUL HINTS:
Use a padded adjustable stool, or similar, to hold the door panel up while trying to remove those pesky connectors. I think every connector on my car was upside down, meaning the releases were on the bottom :(
The mirror controls pops in/out pretty easy, keep that in mind for getting to that connector.
After removing the screws/bolts, the entire panel pulls straight out. After all the pop connectors are loose you can lift the panel over the door lock, no need to mess with it beforehand.
The door handle plate was one of the more difficult things to remove. Plastic trim removal tools wouldn't do it. I used a long, small flat tip screwdriver to pry down from the top. That was the best way I found to get it off.

Thanks again O.P.!

Too bad the pictures weren't/aren't locally stored. Might have actually been a good thread.
