Well what did palmer tell you? You have not let us know if they even answered your email or not?

V1.15 works ( but only for 10-13 Mylinks) V1.17 works only for '14s

See excerpt from PM Palmer sent me about problem I was having only with v1.17
in my '13 Apparently Palmer made a major change in v1.17 for the '14 Mylink and that affected how it works with '13 Mylink . Here's an excerpt I got from Palmer in a PM I sent them about the problem I started having when I upgraded from v1.15 to v1.17 "I think we are going to release 2 firmware versions for the Camaro one for '14s and one for '10-13s." The rest of their PM basically goes on to say how the '14 and '13 Mylink handle DIC and HUD text displays differently. I reinstalled v1.15 and the freeze problem went away.

I know,I read this when you posted it the first time. Just was wondering if palmer ever did email Sven59 back to see if he cared about customer service or not. I am sure he does since he did send you a email.

Sorry I haven't posted, have not heard from Palmer, Camguynj was nice enough to send me the 1.15 ver. I have not had a chance to load it yet, hopefully this weekend. Once I get it in and checked out I will post something.

Last time I emailed Palmer it only took a day for him to respond. It might have went to his junk folder.

Kind of wishing I didn't purchase this thing. It froze as I was pulling out of the driveway. I emailed Palmer Performance to alert them of the issues I was having. Maybe if we all email support it will light a fire under their asses.

If anybody has version 1.15 working in their 2013 ZL1 and has the software - please message me/email it to me. I haven't had a drive in the past week that didn't freeze in less than 10 minutes.

At this point, I basically paid $250 for a broken device.

I didn't read the other posts but are you running 1.15 or 1.17? I have dash logic on my 13 ZL1 with 1.17 and no issues freezing. Only has happened when I knock it with my leg. Since adding the low profile extension, that hasn't been an issue. My mylink does have navi which I noticed the others with issues don't have the navi.

Mine is still working good with 1.17, but I have a 2014 with MyLink and Nav. I bought the little extender cable and it did freeze when I used that though.

I'm going to go make a post in Palmer's thread on Corvette Forum telling them we are having issues and link this post.
