True! But there are things you can do to better your times. Proper tire prep, amount of gas in tank, what kind of gas, take things out of trunk and car, proper cooling, proper launching, etc.

Go ahead ... go WOT with a 1/4 tank or 1/8 tank and see what happens ... don't starve your fuel pump.

It wouldn't be a problem if they had better gas surrounding the track. I refuse to put marathon gas in and not paying $10 a gallon for race fuel lol

How would the quality of gas affect your fuel pump being starved of fuel?
