That's not on the hell cat. They have only stated they will cover racing on the hell cat. no other dodge vehicle is covered when racing just the hell cat. I expect you will not see anything in writing until the car is in the show rooms. Maybe by the end of the year.

Very, wise words. I took me a few years to learn that. I do mess up from time to time. I do better with people in person.

Good advice, just the same.

I don't think you'll be able to get an upcoming CTS-V for $65k. I think it will be closer to $80k, more in line with the other luxury sedans

BMW M5-$93,600
Mercedes E63 AMG-$92,770
Audi RS7-$106,500
Jaguar XFR-$83,550

Mitsubishi is a small brand: as of July 31, the company had sold just 46,021 vehicles in the U.S., which is fewer than some luxury automakers. That's in part because Mitsubishi doesn't have the same deep pockets as many of its competitors, so it can't advertise its products as widely. It's also due to Mitsubishi's limited product lineup, which tends to include mostly compact cars and crossovers, without much variation. And Mitsubishi's dealer network doesn't help matters, because it's so much smaller and more dispersed than those of other marques. To add insult to injury, Mitsubishi models perform poorly in both initial quality and long-term dependability. It's really no reason that the company has so little brand loyalty.

Mitsu (a close ally of Chrysler in the past-taught them FWD) - Chrysler - Dodge

Clean sweep for WIN/PLACE/SHOW! Well-done!
I fell for Mitsubishi twice

Had a 1993 Mitsubishi Mirage in high school. Between it and the Nissan Pulsar I had I could rebuild an engine pretty good After my father thankfully totaled it (he was fine), years later I took another stab at Mitsubishi with the 1999 Eclipse GSX AWD. Loved it, did some work to it and had a little over 300 hp at the wheels. But in the end it was still a Mitsubishi, and I suffered from the infamous "Crankwalk" and that was that...

According to challengertalk, you're either misinformed, or you have a LOT of ground to cover, INCLUDING the "faithful":

http://www.challengertalk.com/forums.../t-232625.html

Maybe your factory friends can straighten this out for you. And EVERY website they've put Hellcat content on. NO mention in any media of this rather important factor.

Thanks for sharing the facts.

You'd have to drive a CTS-V daily and also RR / AutoX it to really appreciate it.

If the Charger is expected to upset CTS sales, good luck with that.

Even the base model CTS is a great car. The CTS-V? When John Heinricy set the 4-door record on the 'Ring with the CTS-V, he used the automatic version, and left it in Drive? No paddle shifting for the Big Guy.

Ask him. He's no 20 year old racer with a death wish either. He's the age of your typical Caddy buyer.

A CTS-V "feels" like a Vette when you're bending corners. The only indication that it's not, is because it's harder to rotate at slower speeds as quickly. Probably because it weighs 1000lb more.

Personally, I like the Station Wagon CTS-V with the manual for road racing. That is a BLAST. IMO, the coupe is nothing special. Yeah, it's fast, and it's nimble, but the "feel" of the station wagon is pretty damn sweet.

Yes, I driven all three versions (coupe, sedan, wagon) around a roadrace course (Spring Mountain, Las Vegas), and the 4-door model at both raining and dry AutoX events.

Wifey has the '09 CTS-V sedan. She lets me race it now and then.

That's a great question.
I LOVE the CTS-V sedan. I think it looks and performs killer. Plus, there are a lot of mods for that car.
I do like the way the Charger looks and that 707 number, which is mostly underrated.

I'd wait for the 2016 CTS-V spec if you're asking yourself that question.

Caddy, Dodge? Caddy, Dodge? .....
