Does anyone know what the timing is between the car being on the line, being given a VIN, and the Workbench status changing? I mean, is the VIN assigned while it's still rolling down the line, and does the Workbench not change until it's sitting in a bay somewhere?

My dealership emailed me and said they got the invoice for my car and is said to have a 'arrival day' of 8/24 on the lot?!!!! Could it be... is it that close?!! I'm giddy!
