V1.15 will not allow OnStar diagnostics. Don't know about other versions, but I assume they won't either as the Dashlogic unit is still plugged into the OBDII port, BUT OnStar phone app remote services ( lock, unlock,et.c) DOES work with Dashlogic unit in the OBDII port.

I got my dash logic last week, it has version 1.7 loaded in it. I have a 2013 ZL1. I've had a couple issues so far, sometimes when I cycle the DIC to view tire pressure or something else and then come back to my dash logic screen it will freeze or the dash logic read out won't appear anymore. This is fixed by simply unplugging the dash logic and plugging it back in. I too have an issue with Trans temp not displaying. It reads a static 32 degrees, I'm not sure if this is a dash logic issue or our cars do not report Trans temp. Also, I tried using my GPS and it said I had to first cancel my on star guidance. I don't use on star ever, so I can only assume this was an issue with dash logic. I tried unplugging in and restarting my car and that didn't fix it.

I'm not sure if all of this or any of this is related to version 1.7 or not but it's kind of annoying.

I have the same issue with my navi when using dash logic. I spoke to palmer perf about it and said that it's due the way the dash logic functions through the onstar navi commands or something to that affect.

I don't have the freezing issues but I'll have to check my trans temps. I have a 2013 ZL1 with 1.7 DashLogic.

Well I started having funny things happening today and my dashlogic has been working fine till now. I had to go to lowes today which is about 40 miles from me.I drove about three miles then my hud just started getting dimmer and dimmer till it just went out to where it would not display at all.I stopped the car turned it off and unplugged the dashlogic and re started,no hud display. So I went on and thought maybe it will work later. Then I turned the radio on and there was the hud! It did the same thing going dim till it went out.Turned the radio volumn knob and the hud got bright then went out again. Got to lowes turned the car off and went inside. I was in there about 30 minutes came out and started the car damn the hud works. Well it worked all the way home but now I have a check tire pressure control light with a little wrench display. It would not go off.Don't know if the dashlogic caused all of this crap but I did not plug it back in.I am going to check a few things first and if I cannot get the light to go off I will take it to the service dept. and get them to check it out.

Did you check your tire pressure? TPMS is totally separate.

Well I tried that by looking at it on the screen but it just shows lines straight out from each corner of the pic of the car and has no numbers of the tire pressure there.I did not check with a tire gauge though.

Got the v1.18 non fix a while ago
tranny temp still stuck @ 32F, couple other glitches with no change plus an apparent new one...
did seem to fix HP #s
waiting (again!) for response from PPE concerning this disappointing news. It has got to be very frustrating for them....

Bigtime, You may have to get a tire pressure relearn tool on it so it will reset sensors in tires and it should come back up with the numbers again. Drive by any tire store or dealer they can reset with the tool in seconds, I wouldn't plug the dash logic back in until it's figured out. The relearn tool should bring numbers back. Hope this helps.

Probably need to reset sensorsName: Tire sensor.jpg

I did buy one of those tools.I had new wheels and tires put on my truck and the shop where I had them put on did something inside the truck and went around and put air in the tires till it reached the correct tire pressure and the horn would chirp. They told me when it did that it was set. I just wonder if the camaro will do the same? If it will I wasted my money buying that tool. I thought I had to have it for the truck and that is why I bought it until they did that. Does anyone know if the camaro will do the same?

FYI...Got this reply from Cody @ PPE:

The diagnostic report seems to be hit and miss. DashLogic goes to sleep when you are parked, so depending on when they attempt to get the report, we will block them. Our test car sits most of the time and we have only had 1 month that failed that test.

I have a new firmware update.

In this it will fix the ZL1 HP & TQ, it also fixes auto trans temperature.

I would like people to download this in phases to keep everything clear on what happens to whom. If you have freezing, we have changed our message IDs on everything to make sure we have no conflicts, also make sure that you have pushed the DashLogic all of the way on the port. If you are having freezing issues and using an extension cable, try removing the cable to see if anything improves.

If you are on 1.17 now and everything is perfect for you, I would prefer that you wait for feedback on the 'freezing' users before you change. If you decide to update anyway and have issue, make sure you note to us that 1.17 was working for you (or whatever your working version was)

I hope this solves for all, we are very sorry that anyone had to have any issue.

Here is the file download http://www.palmerperformance.com/dow...are_v1.18a.ehx

Here is a guide to flash the file if you need http://www.palmerperformance.com/dow...date_Guide.pdf

Thank You
