I'm sold!!! As long as the quality is there, and your able to keep it around $800... Put me down for a fiberglass hood!! This car has some of the best potential for cosmetic modification, it's just not there yet. Kinda suprised more companies havnt jump on the camaro faster!!

Put me down for the DuckTAIL SLP style !!!! That is the ticket!!! As mentioned earlier the DuckTail is a bit more subtle and is most certainly more in line with the 2010 Camaro's heritage w/ First Generation Camaros. The DoveTAIL is more in line with second Generation Camaros.

Also, As mentioned earlier ....the spoiler should extent a little beyond the deck lid and onto the quarter just like first generation Camaros as well.

I don't necessarily dislike the DoveTail spoiler as I think is has a nice look too. Since GM will offer the DoveTAIL style soon, why not give buyers a duckTAIL

GM's going to sell that eventually, you should make the hood they never will.

I prefer ducktail, I don't like dovetail wrapping around the rear fenders.

QFT. You nailed it on the head.

Medic, GM is already going to produce the DOVEtail - the one you see on the two-tone white and black car that wraps around the fenders like a second-gen (AND the one in my sig pic back when I wanted it).

Most people want the more subtle ducktail on the SLP car, although as mentioned, I'd recommend extending it onto the fenders just like the first-gen. Doesn't have to be three pieces either.

My car is stil three weeks out, and I've been waiting for it for months. The entire time I've been patiently waiting (sort of) for a BB hood to come out by somebody. Really happy to hear this. I may be in the minority but I think the mail slot will look cool with the BB hood. My only concern (like everyone else's) is that the finished product be OEM quality and ready for paint. Looking forward to seeing progress. Duckail spoiler for me!

Just wondering, aftermarket hoods(atleast in the import tunner scene) are infamouse for bad fitment! Just making sure that great quality will be there! Functionality of the cowl is not a deciding factor for me since I'm not charging my v6, but fitment is a must!! No gaps!!

Thanks for the quick replies!

Hmmmm....ur wondering about quality and gaps?

"I have to say the fit and finish is great. My paint guy was surprised, because most fg cowl hoods that come in there need a ton of work and don't fit very well. Here's few pictures from my camera phone. Had two complements on the way home with it."

We stand behind out products 100% any problems whatsoever and we will replace it

Even the bottom will be nice and pretty with rivets place so all u do is take out stock hood bolts and screw in new ones and see ya!!!
