A quick question about adhesive

Can someone guide me in the right direction. I have the Chevy Emblem that goes under the hood on the Insulation that is cut out in the same shape. Has anyone attached this to your liner and what did you use. Thanks

Hey Jack, I thought others took off the liner and attached it from the back. Is this an emblem pros piece? If so, Kevin put one on, you might wanna ask him.

It's probably the same piece I think I got it in a kit that had a bunch of covers for like the brake box, radiator cap, and some others. Thanks I will hopefully catch up to you guys at the next Sunday meet.

Jack, mine is the EmblemPros piece that is bolted on. You remove the liner, use a template they give you, and bolt the piece to the liner and then re-install the liner. Fairly quick & easy install. If yours is not the EmblemPros piece, I don't know what would be involved without seeing it.

I had one custom made for my SS that I also bolted on using #8 button head cap screws with washers and locking nuts on the back side of the liner. Just 2 bolts. One at top and bottom.

Thanks, I am thinking that is the way I will be going with bolts thru the liner.
