Thanks!. And yes, well aware of black's upkeep needs. The SS I traded was also black. I'm already twitching because I need to perform full correction on this paint and won't even be able to think about it until sometime next week.

Also seems I have the supercharger rattle... may be visiting Becky sooner than I'd hoped. More on that as I get more time to spend time with it.

Congrats! Good call on the wheel stops. Wouldn't want to scrape your splitter in your own garage haha.

Very nice! I want a Zl1 but they sold the one I was gonna test drive. I might go for a 1LE and just super charge that.

Annnnd the best picture of them all... it was pretty bright out, we were both pretty squinty, but say hello to me, Becky and my ZL1!! And the 2nd pic - my SS, feeling abandoned.

As soon as I try to bridge the brake / throttle with my right foot, I end up all messed up as my foot slides in the flip flop. Kudos for you and your rev matching downshifts in a pair of slip flops! Great car by the way!

Ahhh, but that is the trick... Take the flip flop off. I drive barefoot or with as thin solved a shoe as possible. When I have dress shoes on (thick soles and less pedal feel) I'm not nearly as smooth. I will say this though, the manual in the Zl1 is much smoother and more forgiving than my SS. I'm having a tough time adjusting to the 6200 red line vs. 6500.
