Anyone into birds?

These are my babies Connie and Coco. Connie (left) I've had since he was a baby, he has about 70 word vocabulary. Coco is a rescue, I've only had her about 5 months and she says about 4 words now =). They are my heart and soul.

Share your bird pics with me.

Nice. We have three parrots.
Too: 5 dogs, 4 cats, 2 prairie dogs, and chickens
Feeding time around here is a chore.

Smaller.
Senegal, Quaker, Sun Conure.

The Senegal has learned the dog's names and he will yell them out from time to time, driving the dogs crazy. They can be off somewhere sleeping and when the bird calls out to them by name, the dog's head perks up and it starts running around the house barking, trying to figure out where the voice is coming from. I'm guessing they are confused because they can't imagine that... a bird can talk.

My wife loves our chickens. They are kooky birds that have personalities. Ours will follow us around, when we let them out of their penned in area (we built their coop within an old large caged in dog run. We can't let them out all the time though because our dogs will make sport of them. Also, one of our dogs will go after the eggs if she gets an opportunity. That said, ours are good egg layers and I often scramble up a nice breakfast for our doggies. Chickens are a "must have" if you are zoned and have some land (and you don't really need a whole lot). Just avoid the roosters.

Chickens are so cute to me. One day when I have my own home I shall have some.

It's been a few years since I have had any, but I had several canaries and parakeets. I wasn't able to dedicate the time for other species.
