Which air intake is louder

Rotofab or cold air inductions? I'm trying to decide which to buy

Sorry to throw this in but I actually get compliments on my K&N system from people I drive by and people I have raced as well.
Edit sorry.
What model do u have? when I had an ss I was in love with my Hennessey and the sound on that was incredible. I currently have a ZL1 with the K&N. Another plus is the carbon fiber look of the tube and box as well.

I love the way my CAI makes the exhaust sound more aggressive.

I recently picked up an intake for the same reason (sound). After asking around, I decided to go with the Roto-Fab. From what I've heard, the CAI brand intake has an enclosed air box to help seal it off better from the hot air in the engine compartment. To me, as far as sound is concerned, this equates to more "stuff" in the way to deaden the sound.

Take what I say with a grain of salt, as I have never personally installed a CAI brand intake. From what I hear they are great, performance-wise. I just decided to go with Roto-Fab because I like the look better, and many have said that they are the loudest of the high quality intakes.

I just reviewed my new Roto-Fab a few hours ago. I included a video if you want to hear how it sounds for yourself.

I love my K&N intake. My buddies would always say that they can hear me from over half a mile away if I'm in the gas just because of my intake.

I would guess Rotofab would be louder though, due to the lack of top.

I have a BBK Intake on my V6. It sounds really good inside the cabin.

Plus it's the only one for the V6 that I know of that has a chrome finish. Looks really good inside the engine bay.
