There is an SS in my city white with IOM stripes. It's such a beautiful car. 2010-13 as well.

Then there is another SS in my city with red stripes (not sure if they are from the factory, but they are most definitely red), it also has custom red rims. It looks like a peppermint driving down the road. It also resembles a clown car with the wheels.

Also the very first Camaro I looked at back in 2011 (certified 2010 model) was white with red stripes (NOT IOM, my black RS had the IOM).

Nothing wrong with the 13-14 mustangs! Those things are nice looking and the taillights are sweet especially at night! FORD got it a 100% right on those!

Although I do prefer the 10-13 taillight design, the 14-15 lights really pop with the RS LEDs, especially at night.

I think both fronts look good. The 10-13 front has a more retro muscle feel while the 14-15 front feels more modern and sporty/sleek. Overall I slightly prefer the '14-'15 front.

Also, the 2014-2015's do have some things going for them:

1. Only a 2 year refresh before redesign comes out, which should make them the most uncommonly seen in the coming years.
2. Updated color HUD/DIC. If you don't use the HUD this wouldn't matter I guess, but the HUD is usually all I look at when driving. Not sure what all is new here from prev. years (i.e. gmeter, navi integration, maybe higher resolution?)
3. Carries over all the 5th gen upgrades so far - suspension, steering wheel, interior, etc.
4. Comes with options/updates from the 2013s - 1LE, NPP, mylink
5. Free onstar keyfob app comes in handy...esp. if I can't remember whether I locked up or not

Really like the ground effects kit on the 2014s too, especially since it replaces the plastic rear diffuser with a painted one, makes it look 100x better.

Forgot to mention '14-'15 SS now come with a functional hoodscoop.

Agree a 100% with you! I think it's a great time to be a Camaro fan because you can get a muscle looking one or a sporty looking one!

2014 looks like one hell of a "muscle" car to me.

Keep waiting... you brought up "grill".

Right... '70 SS 454 Chevelle, '69 Z28 Camaro, '70 Pontiac GTO, '71 Hemi Challenger, etc., "muscle cars aren't known for looking aggressive"...

Lol... Not even but good try because all had everything like the 10-13 Camaro's ! So I guess you're saying the 10-13's are aggressive looking? And I was referring to the 14 grill really! But I got nothing but love for the refresh!

To the OP, I suggest you pull off the black rally stripes and have red, orange or silver rally stripes installed! It'll change the whole look of your car.

Personally, I tend to appreciate NEW stuff, so I like the new tail lights on the 2014. When I see a '10-'13 Camaro, I see the same car that I drive - it's a new Camaro. I agree there is too much black plastic on the rear of a 2014, I prefer how the Spring Edition is color matched.

I originally thought the 2014 was styled after the 1969, until I parked alongside one at a car show...they're completely different animals!

The way I look at it; the Camaro is a gorgeous car regardless of the year. Everybody's a bit too caught up in individual aesthetic pieces, but the car as a whole is one of the best-designed out there. If you don't like something about the older/newer model, no need to instigate an argument over it. To each his own.

i am baffled as to all this hoopla over tail lights. i guess i dont understand all this. over tail lites?? i have a 13 i bought new last october. i looked at the 14s too. but i bought a new 13 vert for the deals and discounts. however, if for some reason, i couldnt find a new 13 i liked, it wouldnt have kept me from buying a 14. do i like the lites and the diffuser on the 14s? not really, but, i look at an entire car, the body and interior is the same. the front of the 14s look nice. my point, i guess i wouldnt let a tail lite or diffuser keep me from buying an otherwise great car. everything else is the same. i would maybe tint the tail lites and maybe paint the diffuser white to maybe change it up a bit, but i think its totally ridiculous to get rid of a car and take a bath on finances due to tail lites. i dont get it. i love the 14s and well as the 13s and am blessed and fortunate to own one! . good luck OP.

True! Well I would love to have a Challenger over the 14's But nothing wrong with them. And what you said is the exact reason why the OP is having trouble being happy with his car because their actually are 10 -1'3s to choose from! So you the OP is thinking like you ! And I wouldn't take any car just because the discounts because if its not exactly what I want than I won't be happy with it! I just traded my 13 LT/RS. BRM for a 11 SS/RS because I only wanted that model and year! Sometimes you have to pay a bigger price than others in life!

Thanks to everyone who posted and shared ideas, opinions, and pictures. I'm going to keep my 14, with all the ideas you gave me, I'm going to start doing small things to make it what I want. I must say, the tail lights are starting to grow on me. I'm going to try and pay extra on my payments and see what the 16 looks like and possibly make the trade then. Hopefully won't be in the hole as much by the time the 16 comes out. Anyone know when they will he available, I'm guessing fall of next year?

Our local police are ridiculous, called our local state police and asked about the smile light covers or the film for the tail lights and first they said they're not legal, then I told the info. about being legal as long as they can be seen so many feet away and he says that may be true. Wth? You should know this stuff. I don't want to do anything and get a fine for it and knowing this area, one town will be fine with it and the next will ticket you. Maybe if I call our state dept. of transportation they could tell me. But could a cop still ticket you? I don't trust them at all, at least in this area.
