So which cable to cut to make factory system sound better?

I have a 10ss with the ba system... And I remember a whole back a lot of ppl
Were cutting a wire to disable the center speaker iirc... Which wire is it and how do I access it. Thanks in advance .

gentle remove the cover. Unscrew the speaker so you can unplug it.

???? I have the BA system in my 2012. There is a benefit to removing the middle speaker?

I have a 2012ss as well with the ba supreme sound system. How would taking out a middle speaker add better sound? I'm confused!

This was an old trick everyone was doing about 2 years ago or so....


Ultimately the sound is up to you... But I never saw anyone that prefers the original compared to disabling the middle speaker.

My experience was that the center speaker overwhelmed the others so much that it left the sound very one dimensional. Deactivating adds a lot of depth to the sound.
