I'm using the standard (with friction modifier in bottle already added)Redline 75W/90 rear diff product, and I have not experienced and chattering or lurching.

Mind you, I haven't attempted any tight turning circles in reverse, right after a cold start, maybe I will try this and report back, lol.

I just used the Redline with the FM in it right from the bottle ,no extra FM added. I have run it hard and lots of tight corners , feels and sounds just like it did from day one. I did notice a bunch of debris in the old fluid when I changed it . No matter what you use I would change the diff and trans fluid ( M6) at 2000 miles or less. As has been stated ,if you do hear chatter you can always add some GM FM.

I wanted Amsoil motor oil anyway. So, at Andy's advice, I went with Amsoil Severe Gear and a couple of ounces of FM. Might have ended up with 2.5 ounces of FM, LOL.

Nice and quiet. At 834 miles, diff oil was a nasty gray already ...
