Freezing Issue

Had mine freeze three times today... first time since I started using it. I did just install a cable so I could re-locate but don't think that is the issue because it worked fine for a couple of days after the cable install. The only thing different about today is a car wash where they start the car and move it very short distances a couple of times... probably not enough time for a complete boot.

Guessing this might cause the issue. Luckily I mounted it on Velcro where I can reach it... to re-boot I just flip the switch to config then back to the profile I want.... seems to be back to normal now.... hoping it stays that way.... maybe another firmware update is needed?

I hit INFO and the dash logic readout stays....

What version are you using? When mine froze with v1.17 on my '13 Palmer said to pull the Cluster fuse for 20secs to reboot Dashlogic, just switching from Config to Profile didn't unfreeze it.

I have come to the conclusion that the freezing is caused by the extension cable that I bought... when plugged in directly there are no issues. Really don't need a cable just a right angle adapter. I looked but didn't find any... does anyone have a link to one?

Hold on because mine has froze up before and it is plugged directly in also. I have not driven my car in several weeks but if it starts freezing up I will have to do the update to it.

I never could get the cables to work. Instead I just relocated the OBD port under the dash with a few zip ties. You can't tell at all and it is still available to use if needed.

My dash logic turned up Down Under a couple of weeks ago.
Like most of you, I love the product...
I'm an Engineer, so having all that Data on display is awesome.

I've had the system freeze once, so reached down and pulled the module and reinserted it to reset.

I thought that the "no show" on the My Link screen was something to do with the right hand drive conversion... But after about a week, I got a display, then after a few minutes it disappeared. Now it just seems to come and go randomly.
I think I'll just turn that display off...

I love having the bimodal exhaust switch on the steering wheel..

I'm not disappointed with the product, there are a few bugs to fix though and the instructions could do with a bit more info....

Cheers

So ever since using my Dash Logic my nav has not worked. It says that I'm using OnStar for directions and need to cancel that route. I don't even have OnStar. I have a 2013 ZL1 and my Dash Logic came with version 1.17, this really hasn't been an issue since I don't use nav much. However I'm going on a road trip starting Friday. Anyone know how to solve this? Do I need to flash version 1.16 on it?

Also, I tried unplugging it and restarting my car. I get the same message..

What's the most dependable version out there for a 13 without nav?

Oh, so 1.15 is the stable version for a 2013? I thought it was 1.16
