Internal Frame Within Dashboard

Guys,

Need your help. I have everything out, but now I'm at the frame within the dash. How do I get the frame out? I don't know exactly what to do with these two areas, unfortunately. #ProjectHeaterCore

I have gotten everything out without the windshield being taken off. Now, I need more clarification on getting the HVAC box out so that I can get to the heater core. Any help anyone?
