The top half of the vitesse are longer than the bottom half so if you have the wheel turned all the way in one direction, the longer half will now be at the bottom which is what happened to me. So when I got out, it caught on my pants and broke the assembly out of the steering wheel. I hardly ever had my wheels turned like that when I parked that day I was in a hurry.

I use the paddle shift when I'm changing the radio stations lol.. But really rarely use them.. I know it's fairly idiot proof and that's what I need

With the 2LS, I have limited control over my shifting using the paddle shifters (I can only select my highest gear).
I use it when I want to keep my Camaro from getting hung up in the 5th or 6th overdrive gears, when I want more immediate throttle response. |
