Nah, not part of the 2013s. Probably a new promotion to battle all of the other companies doing the 2 year maintenance thing.

HP Tuners offers Hand Held, or u can use a labtop or small tablet as i do. I just keep it in my Glovebox the days i want to tune or log.

Hello, I bought hptuners but I haven't touched the car yet because of warranty, but I have been loading stock files to study them, we read a 97 venture and quicky found the fuel table to lean or rich the mixture but the Camaro tune is much much complex. Also I was thinking one can leave the cruising and idle table alone and only tweak the power enrichment table that only affects at WOT? am I right? (which are all in 1.80) in a stock file I downloaded.

HP Tuners does not offer a hand held, unless it is VERY new. THE VMC suite needs a Computer to make changes to the tune (I sold my set up in 08 when I sold my Cobalt). I had a Diablo Sports Predator for an ’06 GTO that had a couple “canned” tunes and the ability to +/- fuel and timing. I am just looking for something simple without digging back into HPT.

I am also looking at getting a tune for my 13 V6 LFX. Never done one before so am a little nervous but there are no shops near me in central Indiana and I have always all the work in my vehicles. So I figure I can learn. Also I have contacted HP thru the e mail they say to use but haven't heard a thing back in over a week. So a little put off by the lack of possible communication with them.
