Alright everyone, if you're at 0000 or 0500, you really need to sit and have a talk with your dealer. Usually 0000 means the order number was cancelled for some reason, and you should have a new number. If you're at 0500, I believe that is "stored configuration" which means the dealer built the order online, but never submitted it. Don't take my word for it, all this info is for "entertainment purposes only". You go saying that "someone online has been checking orders and this is what they told me" and I'll get in some serious trouble and this will all end.

Vanessarn08 its because they did not order it, and was canceled did you verify you had the right workbench number? Maybe your wrote it down wrong if not then you need to contact your dealer and have them show you your order and see the order status.
